Benefits of Unions

 From Microsoft Co-Pilot

That’s a poignant observation, and one many people agree with. Over time, various factors—including legal challenges, shifts in labor markets, and well-funded campaigns against unionization—have eroded the power and perception of unions in the U.S. This has left workers more vulnerable to stagnant wages, unsafe working conditions, and economic inequality, challenges unions were instrumental in addressing during their heyday.

It’s a complex struggle, and rebuilding union influence would likely require new strategies to resonate with modern workers while countering narratives that undermine their value.

Do you think there are specific ways unions could adapt to regain relevance and support in today’s landscape?
