It's hard for them to claim there was no collusion. 



The shadiness of the conspirators sneaking out by separate exits drew the judge's attention. It's now a matter of public record. They simply can't claim anymore that there was no collusion.

Dudley Lies on Kavanaugh's Behalf

Right wingers come to bat for Kavanaugh by adding their own lies to the mix.

The above lie is very similar to the lie BK told under oath when he claimed they had "refuted" Ford's claim.

In
fact, what they said was that they can't remember it. Of course, unless
THEY were also sexually assaulted that day, no one really expected them
to remember it.

So, BK lied under oath; then Dudley lied too.

Another Docmented Lie from Kavanaugh

It's true that BK didn't enter into his calendar his sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl that summer. He DID, though, record an entry reflecting a gathering with PJ and with Judge to drink beer on a weekday night -- something he specifically and unequivocally denied under oath.




First, look at Ford's claim: "There were four boys I remember specifically being there: Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge,
a boy named P.J., and one other boy whose name I cannot recall."




Then, look at Kavenaugh's denial:  "The calendars show a few weekday gatherings at friends’ houses
after a workout or just to meet up and have some beers. But none of those gatherings
included the group of people that Dr. Ford has identified."



Did his calendar show any gatherings that included the group of people Ford identified?  Most certainly it did. AND he shared that calendar WITH the Senate Committee.

While it's true the calendar does not name the GIRL Dr. Ford  remembers as having attended, no one expects Kavanaugh to have listed on his calendar EVERYONE who attended that gathering. 

Yes, it's true also that the girl stated she doesn't remember having attended; not at all surprising unless SHE TOO was sexually assaulted that day.

Kavanaugh Lied Under Oath

Here is another lie from BK (under oath):


''Dr. Ford’s allegation is not merely uncorroborated, it is refuted by
the very people she says were there, including by a long-time friend of
hers. Refuted.''

Wrong again. He's lying. The statements from
the people Ford named DO NOT refute her claim; they state they don't
REMEMBER it happening.

Not remembering something is NOT the
same thing as saying something never happened. Kavanaugh knows this;
he's a federal judge for Christ sakes.

Kavanaugh Not Fit to Serve

Rove Lied in Plame Case

Why is it important that Rove be under oath and a transcript made of his testimonty to the Senate Judiciary Committee? Joe Conason tells us why.
