How will Trump's lawyers handle the question when it comes?  Try to imagine RBG asking Trump's lawyers.

Trump's Emergency Not So Urgent

He said it wasn't really needed; but he wanted to do it anyway and do it in a hurry.

Then he said -- really and truly it's all about the election of 2020.

Trump's attys are going to have a HARD time explaining that to the court.
