How Russia Recruited Trump

According to a former KGB head of station, in its effort to recruit new agents, the bureau SPECIFICALLY asked, ''“Are pride, arrogance, egoism, ambition or vanity among subject’s natural characteristics?”

Sound familiar?

To
recruit new agents, KBG officers were instructed by their bosses to
“make bolder use of material incentives . . .''  Specifically the instructions said to use the
lure of ''money'' and ''flattery'' - both considered important tools for
recruiting agents to begin cooperating with their Russian intelligence
handlers.

With Trump's obvious narcissism, he was a nearly
perfect mark. It's no surprise that the KGB was able to dangle the
prospect of a shiny big Trump Tower in Moscow; and that Trump went for
it.

Even MORE telling, according to a former KGB station chief, during the time the KGB was dangling Trump, they were instructed to find what they call ''kompromat'' - ''compromising information about subject, including illegal acts in financial and commercial affairs, intrigues, speculation, bribes, graft … and exploitation of his position to enrich himself.”

A former GRU (Russian intelligence) operative explains how the pee-tape works.

“Everything is free. There are good parties with nice girls. It could
be a sauna and girls and who knows what else.” The hotel rooms or villa
were under “24-hour control,” with “security cameras and so on,” Suvorov
said. “The interest is only one. To collect some information and keep
that information about him for the future.”

“It’s at this
point you say: ‘Knock, knock! Do you remember the marvelous time in
Moscow? It was a wonderful evening. You were so drunk. You don’t
remember? We just show you something for your good memory.’”

Mueller, GRU, Trump, Russian Spies

Some say that Mueller published the GRU factoid in order to pressure reluctant goppers in the congress to face the truth: Trump worked with the Kremlin and with Russian spy agencies to undermine our election.

Expect now to see more personal insults hurled by the right wingers.

We'll see MORE use of the ignore feature.

We'll see MORE conversation about food, the weather, recipes, sewing, flower arranging, furniture finishing, coin-collecting, RVs, fishing, niece's dance recitals, car trouble, appliance repair, dog grooming, etc.,

ANYTHING but a discussion about their support for Putin and Trump.

Trump Recruited by KGB

''The top level of the Soviet
diplomatic service arranged his [Trump's] 1987 Moscow visit. With
assistance from the KGB. It took place while Kryuchkov was seeking to
improve the KGB's operational techniques in one particular and sensitive
area. The spy chief wanted KGB staff abroad to recruit more
Americans.''

The KGB developed a personality
questionnaire for case officers to use in assessing a target's
suitability for recruiting as an asset.

Among other questions
the KGB posed: ''Are pride, arrogance, egoism, ambition or vanity among
subject’s natural characteristics?”

Remember, the KGB facilitated Trump's first visit to Moscow in the 1980's; and they were looking for a narcissist.

''When
did the KGB open a file on Donald Trump? . . . Eastern Bloc security
service records suggest this may have been as early as 1977. That was
the year when Trump married Ivana Zelnickova, a twenty-eight-year-old
model from Czechoslovakia. Zelnickova was a citizen of a communist
country. She was therefore of interest both to the Czech intelligence
service, the StB, and to the FBI and CIA.''
