The Unrepentant - Against stupidity the gods themselves contend in vain.
Celeste: If I lived in America and before Trump, I might have voted republican. Then Trump came. Still, I can understand that some still supports Trump as president in spite of all his lying and the whole circus. What I wonder is why republicans never admit that he really is a liar and that he can't trusted for a second. That he's irrational and a horrible human being? I mean, it's so obvious and by defending that it all falls back to his supporters? I'm really curious about the mechanisms that make some people support his actions. Support him in general, if they want. But nit his bullshit. That way he learns nothing.

What you need to realize is that ALL politicians lie. He's just very bad at it. Part of his problem is that he's not a politician and people seemed to want instant gratification the moment he was sworn in...and the ones who didn't like the guy were instantly on his case...with protests and demonstrations..some of them violent.
