Rightwingers Lie about Democrats' Show of Hands

When rightwingers say Democrats favor "free health care for illegal immigrants," they're lying. They are  basing their claim on a distortion of a question posed at a Democratic debate. Here is the question that was posed to the candidates:

"This is a show of hands question. And hold them up for a moment so people can see. Raise your hand if—if your government plan would provide coverage for undocumented immigrants." - https://www.nytimes.com/2019/06/28/us/politics/transcript-debate.html

Notice, the question makes NO mention of providing free health care to anyone. It mentions  health "coverage."
