Why Doss Is Informed

Having been raised in a union family
(My dad was an international UAW official.), we followed politics
closely; read at least two newspapers a day; digested all the TV news we
could pick up on our box; and discussed as a family the issues every
evening at supper time.

My brother and I were the only two
children at our school to be pulled out of class on the day LBJ came to
Memphis in the 1964 campaign so we could attend his rally down on the
river.

We knew more about the Medicare battle than most of
the senior citizens we encountered. Daddy's passed on now, but every one
of his children continues to this day embracing the core principles of
organized labor, the New Deal and the Great Society. God Bless the
Democrats for Social Security, Medicare, Obamacare, Voting Rights, and
more.

And the racist ingrates who now side with
Putin/Kim/Trump --- if you don't like it --- then give up your Social
Security and Medicare today. I dare you.
