Trump's Wag the Dog Theory

Back in 2011, Trump claimed President Obama would start a war with Iran in order to be re-elected. Obama didn't. Now Trump is polling in the low 40's and is facing over a score of investigations of possible corruption.  And guess what he's doing.  He's making war-noises toward Iran.
