Refusing to allow people to vote because their ID was issued by the state university rather than by the gun licensing division.

Refusing to allow people to vote because they haven't purchased a new ID.

Refusing to allow people to vote because they got married and their ID doesn't reflect a name change.

Refusing to allow people to vote because the name on their ID includes a middle initial when their voter registration does not.

Refusing to allow people to vote because they used the address they were TOLD by the government they must use when they registered to vote.

Refusing to allow people to vote because their name looks similar to someone else's.

Refusing to allow people to vote because they can't afford to purchase a new birth certificate.

Refusing to allow people to vote because they moved from one apartment to the one next door.

Closing down DMV centers that issue state ID's so it's hard for people to purchase the new IDs even when they CAN afford them.

Closing down voting stations in neighborhoods where most of the voters don't own a car.

Refusing to allow students to vote because they are trying to vote where they live rather than where they were born.

These are just a few ways of doing it.
