Trump's friends argue that it is unconstitutional for Manafort to be jailed while awaiting trial; but that THOUSANDS of immigrants should be jailed while awaiting trial.
Manafort's critics say he must be jailed or he may flee the country.
So, if the immigrants charged with illegal entry flee the country. as some fear Manafort will do, is that really a problem?
