Victor, Clinton, and the Draft

Victor is doing his ''DUMB ASS'' routine. Signing up for ROTC will not get someone ''out of his draft number.''



Draft numbers were assigned based on a lottery drawing of birthdays. Clinton could have joined the Shriners, the PTA, Moms Against Drunk Driving, and Teabaggers for a Better KKK, ALL AT ONCE.



His birthdate and draft number would have remained the same. Victor is lying his ass off.
