decided time was too short and FL should certify the original results
Afterwards Knight Ridder ran a number of recounting scenarios, notably the
recounting methodology the Gore campaign was trying to use, still found
Bush/Cheney to be the winner need except by a larger margin than the
original count.
It was only by exercising various methods outside of the constraints of
Constitutionality, did they find some scenarios where Gore/Lieberman would
have won
