Probably working on getting their stories straight before the police arrive.

You mean like when Cheney got liquored up and shot that lawyer over in Texas? Yes, he needed a day to sober up and get his story straight.

McClellan attributed the delay, in part, to the fact the vice president was traveling without the press corps.

After Armstrong notified the Caller-Times, the newspaper received confirmation of the account from the vice president’s office in Washington and posted the story on the paper’s Web site Sunday afternoon.

The Caller-Times, in Monday’s editions, reported that Kenedy County sheriff’s deputies said they were not allowed to take statements about the incident until the day after the shooting.

Here's one Jake will see again. *S*

Can you prove that beyond a shadow of a doubt???

Jake claimed that Obama's own lawyer admitted the birth certificate was a forgery; he's a sucker for the hate-talk radio shows:

"Contrary to the egregiously bad piece of "reporting" from the Examiner cited in the example above, at no time during the hearings did Alexandra Hill or any other lawyer representing Barack Obama "admit that the long-form birth certificate presented by the White House is a total forgery."   Hill merely agreed to a stipulation that the image of Obama's birth certificate posted on the White House web site would not be used as evidence in the case, as his campaign had never presented it to the state or the court as proof of his eligibility in the first place (because there was no requirement for them to do so)..."
