A strange case indeed, Prapius charms the room with his inimitable low-class wit, a constant barrage of references to body parts - - especially men's rear ends, and with an intellect that rivals that of a dung beetle.
Claiming semi-retirement and astronomical wealth, most believe Prapius actually lives in the basement of his mother's home. Prapius once bragged of a keen ability in math; thinking this was amusing, the author challenged Prapius to a simple math quiz taken from a freshman text book. Prapius flunked.
Pitied by many and ignored by most, Prapius's claim to fame derives from never having in his life ever uttered a word that could even be remotely construed as an intelligible argument.
