Two people express an opinion about whether the Democratic primaries were ''rigged.''



One investigated the matter; one didn't.



Of the two, which will you believe?

Press: "Lt. Columbo, do you have an opinion on who did this murder?"



Columbo: "No, but I've investigated it, and I've concluded Mr. Black did NOT do it."



Press: "What about you Sgt. Warren?  Did Mr. Black do it?"



Sgt. Warren: "I've NOT investigated the matter, but I have concluded that Mr. Black did it."
