Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoons milk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 jalapeno chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and finely diced
Preparation Steps
Combine the cream cheese, milk and salt and pepper to taste in a food processor and process until smooth and fluffy.
Scrape into a bowl and fold in the cilantro and jalapeno
