Right wingers cry, "But Trump was never charged with rape."  >  True -- but this is a strawman argument. No one is claiming Trump was charged with rape. What we have correctly noted is that, according to the presiding judge, the jury DID conclude Trump raped Carroll. He wrote it in his opinion.
