"The big sexual predator in Arkansas (and elsewhere) during the
Clinton administration was Kenneth Starr. He and his team of partisan
zealots rummaged through every panty drawer in the state looking for
somebody with a sexual grudge against Clinton. What's amazing is how few
credible accusers they found: basically none.
