"Real" Unemployment?

From The New Yorker: The ''Labor Department now reckons
that the economy has created about three hundred and thirty-six thousand
jobs a month, on average, since the end of October. In the past year,
job growth has averaged more than two hundred and thirty thousand jobs a
month; today there are about 3.2 million more Americans working than
there were this time last year. Compared to January of 2013, there are
about 5.6 million more jobs.''

Thus the repeated mantra from the right that we should look at the ''real'' unemployment rate. *S*

A review of some leading republicans and their Twitter activity on the day of the fantastic jobs report revealed:

Rand Paul attacking Loretta Lynch

Scott Walker praising Reagan.

Marco Rubio tweeted about Venezuela.

Jeb Bush’s was about promoting economic opportunity.

Ted Cruz was going on about the Conservative Political Action Conference.

There was not even ONE mention from any of them about the jobs numbers. *S*

They apparently hadn't gotten their ''real'' unemployment talking points yet.
