Every one of Clinton's accusers turned out to have either outright lied under oath; or to have lied SO MANY TIMES otherwise that even Starr knew he could NEVER put them on the stand.
Ever wonder why there were ZERO fact witnesses called during the impeachment hearings in the House?
Because they couldn't FIND any who hadn't already been proven to have lied.

Jones case was thrown out; with the republican judge remarking that EVEN
IF her story were true, it was NOT sexual harassment.
The
Kathleen Willey case was DROPPED by Starr after she ADMITTED to lying to
his investigators; he acknowledged that they'd NEVER get a jury to
believe her.
Juanita Broadderick, who famously accused
Clinton of raping her SWORE TWICE UNDER OATH that he didn't even assault
her; much less rape her.
Every single case they tried to make against Clinton fell to PIECES when it turned out the witnesses were LYING.
When an accuser swears both that he DID and that he DIDN'T, that sort of nukes the case against the accused.
And that is what happened with both Broadderick AND Lewinsky.
