On March 6, Papadopolous became a member (not announced publically)  of the Trump campaign's foreign policy advisory board.

Within a week, Trump incorporated the meme about Putin being a strong leader who admires Trump. (March 12)

Two days later (March 14) Papadopolous goes to Europe to meet with a man claiming to have Russian connections.

One week later March 21 Trump announces him as an "excellent" member of his foreign policy advisory board.

Same day -- Trump reaffirms how much Putin admires Trump and "says nice things" about him.

Three days later, March 24, 2016, Papadopolous meets with a "professor" based in London -- "to arrange a meeting between us and the Russian leadership."

A week later, March 31, Trump meets with his foreign policy advisory team, which of course includes Papadopolous. A photo records their sitting at the same table along with Jeff Sessions who famously lied under oath about HIS collusion with the Russians. During that meeting, according to at least one adviser present, Papadopolous discussed with Trump and the board the prospect of his setting up a meeting with Putin.

Team Trump claimed the candidate had never met with Putin's campaign insider, George Popodopolous; then reporters discovered that Trump himself had posted a photograph of those PRESENT at the meeting when Papadopolous explained to Trump, Sessions, and the other of the conspiracy to use Russian ''dirt.''

Then on April 25, Papadopoulos emailed a senior policy advisor for the campaign informing the campaign that Trump has been extended an open invitation to meet him when he is ready.

The next day, April 26, Papadopolous meets his Russian contact, and reports that Russia is offering "thousands" of clinton emails and "dirt" on her.

That same night -- April 26, Trump brags in public that he's "going to have a great relationship with Putin.

Then on April 27, Papadopolous emails a high-ranking official of the campaign "to discuss Russia's interest in hosting Mr. Trump."

That same night, April 27, Trump gives a speech on US/Russia relations. The speech is attended by Putin's top spy in DC.

On the morning of June 3rd, Junior receives an email from someone linked to Russia promising that Russia could provide "information that would incriminate Hillary. Junior responds, "if it's what you say I love it!"

Later that same June 3rd, on the campaign trail, Trump brags that Putin says, "Donald Trump is a genius and is going to be the next president of the US." "Wouldn't it be nice if we actually got along with Russia?"

Less than a week later, Jared, Junior, and Manafort held a secret meeting at Trump Tower with Kremlin operatives who have promised documents what will "incriminate Hillary.

Manafort reportedly took notes on "political contributions at meeting."  Hmmmm.... "contributions"? Even Manafort KNEW that a gift of oppo-research is a campaign "contribution" which is illegal when gifted by foreign nationals.

January 27, Papadopolous is first interviewed by the FBI. Papadopolous lied during the meeting about his colluding with the Russians.

That VERY SAME day, January 27, Trump called Comey into his office and demanded his loyalty. Comey felt uncomfortable with such an inappropriate and possibly illegal overture by Trump; and he demurred.

July 27 - Papadopoulos was arrested. His arrest for lying about Trump campaign contacts with Russian operatives fell exactly ONE YEAR after Trump famously publically invited Russia to assist his campaign by hacking into Hillary's emails. During his invitation for Russia to hack into our election process, Trump hinted Russia would be "mightily rewarded."

_______________

A few of my thoughts:

On March 14, 2016, Papadopolous goes to Europe to meet with a man claiming to have Russian connections.

One week later March 21 Trump announces him as an ''excellent'' member of his foreign policy advisory board.

Coincidence?

I doubt it.
