Reagan the Crook





Whenever someone brings up Reagan and paints him as a hero,  I like to cite this little fact from Sleepwalking Through History, by Haynes Johnson: The numbers of Reagan administration officials either indicted or the subject of criminal and ethical investigations reached record proportions in Washington. (pg.388)



That's "record" as in more than anyone else.



By the end of his [Reagan's] term 138 administration officials had been convicted, had been indicted, or had been the subject of official investigations for official misconduct and/or criminal violations. (pg. 184)
